Wrinkle relaxing injections refer to a number of tiny injections of Botulinum Toxin A precisely placed into specific facial muscles. They work by temporarily reducing the ability of these muscles to crease the skin leading to a reduction in the appearance of lines.

Following an initial consultation, treatment is quick and relatively pain free as a super fine needle is used. The results of this treatment build up gradually and can be seen from 4 days post administration, with the full effects observed 14 days after treatment. A review appointment is recommended 2 weeks after your treatment to assess the effectiveness of the procedure and to ensure you are fully satisfied with the outcome. At this appointment a top up may be required to achieve optimal results.

The longevity of results vary from person to person however on average will last for up to 12 weeks with a first treatment, often improving with repeated treatments.
